With the team of Global Children Rights Association we have delivered an online workshop on “how to write a strategic plan” on December, 2nd. More than 10 participants from İstanbul, Giresun, Bursa, Sakarya, Ankara, Hakkari and Kahramanmaraş have attended the programme, in which we focused on strategy, targets, vision, mission, values, stakeholder engagement and a manual for strategic plan writing. We will continue service delivery on corporate strategy and organizational structure consultancy with Global Children Rights Association.
