Conflict Management

 

Conflict management can be defined as the attempts of the conflicting parties or another party outside the conflict to interact and resolve the conflict in a certain direction. When conflict emerges, the parties develop a method to manage the conflict. In conflict management, parties generally use methods such as competition, cooperation, avoidance, adaptation and reconciliation. In this context, our company trains individuals and teams with workshops on reconciliation, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques, increases the level of communication and reconciliation with all stakeholders, and carries out activities that will strengthen the efficiency and peace environment within the company.
