We have designed and delivered a workshop on resource mobilization at Municipality of Fatih. The 2-day-workshop has focused on project cycle management, grant writing, creating a project ideas database etc.

In collaboration with GOSB Technopark Blink TTO, we have met the fascinating teams of 5 different companies. The content was on time management and organizing meetings. The participants focused on the techniques as well as practicing them with 2 different cases!

Our consultancy programme has brought great attention at Birgi Mefar Group. We have focused on effectiveness, fairness, accountability and transparency for the last 3 months. The Representatives are delivering recommendations on their corporate processes!

We have designed and delivered the tailor-made workshop on negotiation techniques. The content and exercises  were on value creation, negotiation culture, negotiator attitudes, good governance implementations, trust and trust building, effective collaboration methods, creative follow-up tools.
