“Negotiation for Business” Conference

We have conducted awareness webinars to emphasize the importance of March 8th Women’s Day. Gender equality, equal language, diversity and inclusion, responsible leadership, employee experience and employer brand, men getting together for women rights were highlighted.

We have started with the workshops in June 2020 and are going to enhance the implementations in line with the Framework, which will all lead to the publication of Integrated Report of 2020. The capacity development will be disseminated to all locations of Darussafaka and help to internalize the corporate value creation cycle.

We have delivered a workshop to Young İnci team on Efficient Time and Meeting Management in İzmir.

Within June 2021, we have conducted negotiation, writing skills, meeting organization and time management workshops with the amazing team of BORUSAN BORCELIK.

The unique good governance capacity building program ” 7 Principles 7 Delegates” has started with an amazing kickoff meeting on September 16th, 2020. The tailor-made continuous learning model for Birgi Mefar is targeting a value creation cycle for all stakeholders.
