I led the team that wrote Türkiye’s first integrated report. Published in 2016, it was ranked among the top ten of its peers worldwide. Since then, sustainability and integrated reporting have stood at the center of my work. Today I advise organizations within the scope of TSRS on building their reporting processes.
Work I have led in sustainability and strategy has received 30 first-place awards in Türkiye and internationally. Since 2019 I have taught integrated thinking and integrated reporting to CEOs and board members in the Executive on Board program run by PwC and Boğaziçi University.
Before that, I held management roles at Yapı Kredi and Doğuş Holding, served as General Manager of the EU Business Development Centre, and worked as a coordinator at the United Nations Population Fund. Knowing the language of different worlds has been the most useful thing I bring to this work.
I graduated in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University and completed a master’s degree in Economic Law at Galatasaray University with honors. I am one of the first two internationally certified Contract Negotiators in Türkiye and a founding member of the London-based Negotiators Society. I am a graduate of an ICF-accredited coaching program and an EBRD-accredited consultant.
